Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Foils & Fades Fort Myers, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and provide quality service to all clients, we have implemented the following policy:
• Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur a fee of 35% of the total cost of your booked appointment.
• No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointments without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Booking Future Appointments: To secure any future appointments after a cancellation or no-show, the fee MUST be paid in advance at the time of booking.
This policy allows us to respect the time of both our clients and staff. Thank you for your understanding and support!
